Sandra Sanchez is an artist. She has always loved finding and creating beauty in everything she does. Not only is she professional photographer but also has experience as a fashion designer, retouching artist and makeup artist which all work together to provide beautiful and artistic photos. After her son was born, becoming a newborn photographer was a natural evolution in her career. Now she strives to create more than just beautiful images, she strives to preserve those first moments of love, celebration and sheer joy a parent remembers forever.
Sandra’s studio is located in Chicago’s West Loop. It is right off of I-90/94 so is accessible by car but is also in walking distance from Ogilve and Union Stations as well as a couple of different L stops.
The studio has floor-to-ceiling windows that let in streams of natural light and is also equipped with studio lights and the highest quality lenses, cameras and editing software. There are backdrops and props to fit everyone’s tastes.
Since the studio photographs mainly newborns, it is warmed to the perfect temperature to keep them comfortable during their shoot. There is comfortable seating for the parents, a snack area with snacks and drinks, and a changing table with extra diapers and wipes (since we all know we run out of diapers at the most inopportune time!)
Sandra has generously donated a $75 gift card towards a newborn shoot as well as her time and energy to be at our big event on Saturday. She will be hosting a photo booth for us and will post them all online for everyone. Please make sure to stop by her booth, say hello, and take some fun photos with your friends!
